Rough milling chain – An important link in VBS quartz production line
VBS believes the best place to set up a pioneer factory in the field of quartz stone powder would be Quang Nam - one of the famous lands with the most abundant quarries in the central region. Beside owning a unique geographical location, the area of VBS factory building land has also recently been signed by the Prime Minister to expand from 211.26ha to 457.72ha (by 2020), which promises to create such a vibrant and potential economic region.
Statistics show that more than 90% of raw materials for quartz stone production are now imported from foreign countries such as India, Turkey... With the desire to create competitive quartz stone powder in terms of quality and price with imported products, VBS has applied advanced technology to the production line, one of which is the rough milling technology of quartz stone.

Origin quartz stone after being transported by car to the processing area will be classified into smaller rocks of less than 100 mm and separated into different color. According to technological processes, the quartz stone is transferred to Silo or Hopper and continually through vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, cone crusher and finally vibrating screen to produce different sizes.
