Recruiting position: Accountant cum Cashier

JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Warehouse keeper work:
1. Import - Export: materials, finished products, supplies, tools, fixed assets at the factory
2. Monitor and control the daily import - export vouchers, ensuring that the import and export process complies with the regulations
3. Monitoring and comparing inventory on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with the store keeper and the statistics department, and making monthly export-import-inventory reports on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
4. Responsible for issues related to finished products, goods, assets,... in stock
5. Reconciliation, data with periodic accounting of the amount of inventory. Gather documents sent to the accountant

II. Cashier cum internal accountant
1. Make payments according to valid vouchers and cash book entry
2. Make a book of cash cash of the company, at the end of the day of checking the fund and compare it with the accountant
3. Receiving and checking the reasonableness and validity of invoices and documents of contractors
4. Making advances, refunding advances according to the Company's regulations
5. Performing transactions with the tax, insurance and related units

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience required:
- Graduated University or College of Accounting
- Prefer candidates with 02 - 03 years' experience in warehouse accounting, or cost accounting or other part accounting at production units

* Skill requirements:
- Proficient in office IT, especially Excel and know how to use accounting software.
- Honest, highly disciplined and responsible for the job
