Recruiting position: Head of Quality management department

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Working at a factory specializing in manufacturing Quartz Stone, from rough stone => Quartz Rock slabs and Quartz powder
2. Responsible for activities and personnel management of the Testing Department and reporting to the board of directors
3. Establishing and maintaining the Stone quality control standards
4. Test and censor analyze testing results, plan results and projects
5. Participate in proposing initiatives to increasingly improve product quality
6. Carry out tests on samples of process validation, performance evaluation, hygiene evaluation or other verification if any
7. Directly perform re-analysis tests to check as needed
8. Other activities under the direction of the plant manager and the board of directors
9. Participate in resolving customer complaints about product quality
10. Participate in activities of quality management systems (QMS), environmental management systems (EMS) and other management systems according to the company's regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience required:
- Graduated College, University specialized in silicate chemistry engineering, chemical engineering, polytechnic
- Experience at least 2 years in the same position

* Skill requirements:
- Priority to candidates proficient in foreign languages
