JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Performing the work of salary and bonus payment for personnel
2. Manage and monitor the social insurance and union trade spreadsheets monthly, perform procedures related to the social insurance and health insurance policies in accordance with the social insurance law
3. Management and implementation of activities related to social welfare (sickness, curiosity, birthdays, tourism, etc)
4. Recruitment Plan and Recruitment, find potential candidates with recruitment criteria to ensure staffing or new recruits according to leadership requirements and company development plans
5. Managing, updating and archiving records and documents related to human resources.
6. Participate in developing processes and regulations for the Company under the guidance of the Head of Department of Human Resources
7. Other jobs are required by the Head of Division

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience required:
- Graduated University College or higher, majoring in Human Resources, Law, Economics
- Knowledge of Law and Human Resources

* Skill requirements:
- Having experience of 2 years or more in the same position, preferably at the manufacturing unit
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, persistent, hard-working, able to withstand pressure and high intensity of work.
