Recruiting position: Head of HR administration

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Participate in developing human resource management strategies and plans to meet the Company's production and business strategy and goals
2. Building the system, policy of management and human resource development in accordance with the Company's strategy
3. Leading and operating the Department of Industrial Property, providing HR services to meet the production requirements of the company; To advise the Board of Directors and the heads of departments in dealing with situations arising in labor relations
4. Ensuring office administration, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, legal documents, management of the use of assets and tools throughout the Company
5. Formulating regulations on remuneration and measures to stimulate and encourage employees to work, and implement regimes for laborers
6. On behalf of the BOD, disseminate regulations, regulations and connect effective production departments and workshops
7. Performing the arising tasks at the request of the Board of Directors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. University or higher degree in Human Resource Management or related subjects.
2. Experienced from 3 to 5 years in the same position, preferably worked at the Stone manufacturing unit
3. Knowledgeable of Labor Law and policy regimes
4. Working location: Lot CN, Dong Son Son industrial park, Huong an commune, Que Son district, Quang Nam province

- Negotiating skills, negotiation, persuasion
- Management skills, resolving internal conflicts
- Communicative English, preferably fluent in Chinese
