Recruiting position: Factory manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for managing and operating plant operations with optimal efficiency
2. Planning and organizing production for each stage according to the company's orientation
3. Assign, monitor and evaluate the working results of the production labor force
4. Training and managing subordinate employees to strictly comply with the production process and labor safety and fire prevention
5. Manage all machinery, supplies, finished products, warehouses, goods within the factory management scope
6. Consult with the Board of Directors, develop a comprehensive plant development strategy under short, medium and long-term programs
7. Take full responsibility to the Board of Directors of the Company for all activities of the plant
8. Organizing and monitoring the implementation of statistical control; data analysis, continuous improvement to improve the exploitation factor, use of machines and production human resources; Report, propose improvement plan to the immediate superior
9. Perform other tasks arising at the request of the Company Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduated from Manufacturing Management, specialized in machinery, mechanics and engineering
2. Experience from 3 to 5 years in the same position, preferably working at a foreign manufacturing unit or using foreign working and manufacturing processes
3. Working place: Lot CN, Dong Que Son Industrial Park, Huong An commune, Que Son district, Quang Nam province, Vietnam

*Skill requirements:
- Mastering the processes, procedures, ISO standards and company/factory regulations
- Ability to lead, assign work, inspect and supervise implementation.
- Communicative English, preferably fluent in Chinese
